CANCELLATION FEES Days of Notice Prior to Departure - Fee Per Person 30 days or more no penalty 29-15 days 20% of total Lodge stay 14-8 days 50% of total Lodge stay 7 days or less 100% of Lodge stay There are separate Terms & Conditions for group bookings of more than 5 tents. A charge of $50 will apply to any addition or modification requested after the original booking has been confirmed. Accommodation, dinner and breakfast is included in your booking. No refund is provided for missed meals. Lunch is available at an additional cost. Transfers to and from the lodge is not included, nor can they be offered. All Wilderness lodge holds a liquor license which allows for the purchase of beer and wine, soft drinks and a small selection of spirits. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.
